Located within the premises of the former foundry at our headquarters in Cremona, the laboratory offers a renovated and modern environment, not only in terms of space but also in terms of equipment. In fact, in addition to the existing machinery, the latest technologies offered by the specialized sector have been introduced, aiming to achieve better execution of various tests (such as moisture, ash, protein, fat, etc.), analyzing the organoleptic, rheological, physicochemical, biological, and microscopic characteristics of the sample. This modernization represents only the beginning of a series of operations that will allow us to maintain our commitment to excellence and continue to provide cutting-edge services in the milling sector, also from the training perspective. We will continue to inspire and train the next generation of milling technicians from around the world, ensuring the highest quality and reliability at every stage of the process.
